There may be times that you need to return a product that you have purchased from us, for various different reasons.

Change of Mind or Exchange

If once receiving your item you wish to return it due to change of mind, it must be returned to PlayOn Inc within 30 days of the initial purchase. The product must be in new condition and contain original tags, packaging and accessories. This includes manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVD's and any other material in the original shipment.

The return shipping is done at the customers expense.

Incorrect or Defective

In the event that an item you receive is different to what you ordered from our website, you will be provided with a return label to ship the item back to us for either an exchange for the correct item or a full refund.
