Australia Wide Shipping

From Bruny Island to Weipa and everywhere in between - we ship to all over Australia!

Shipping Costs

Our shipping charges are based on product weight, shape and size. Depending on which product or products you order, your shipping cost will change.

Larger or heavier items will generally mean a higher shipping cost.

Split Deliveries

If your order contains multiple items, they may not all be located in the same store. In the event that we have to source your order from more than one store, your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times. The shipping cost does not change in this circumstance. 

Estimated Delivery Time

Our primary delivery method is Australia Post, in most cases they are estimated to deliver within 2 to 5 business days from the time of dispatch. For large or heavy items a courier service will be used for delivery, we estimate between 2 - 7 business days for delivery via a courier service.

Express Shipping

We offer Express Shipping for all items weighing less than 20kg. 

  • We do everything we can to ensure your package arrives in the timeframes stated however during busy periods our shipping providers may experience some delays which are unfortunately beyond our control.
  • Expected timeframes only apply to business days.
  • Excludes Heavy & Bulky items.

Heavy items between 22kg and 149kg will incur a higher delivery fee and may need to be delivered on a pallet. Please note that the courier company may not be willing to take the item inside your home.

Bulky items weighing more than 150kg+ will incur a higher delivery fee and must be delivered on a pallet. Please note that the courier company may not be willing to take the item into your home.

Tracking

Once your item is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and associated link. 

International Shipping

Unfortunately PlayOn Inc. are not able to ship internationally.

Order Delays

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed. If your order has been delayed beyond this timeframe it may because of:

  • Public Holidays.
  • Incorrect delivery address provided.
  • Suspicious payment information - if our fraud system detects something out of the ordinary with your order, it can take a few days to verify that it is a legitimate purchase.
  • Stock transportation between stores.
  • Shipping providers experiencing delays for various reason that are out of our control.

Shipping Policy

  • We offer Express Shipping for an additional charge.
  • Shipping charges are based on product weight, shape and size.
  • PlayOn Inc ships products anywhere within Australia. All orders are processed for shipping between 9:00am and 3pm Monday to Friday.
  • Please allow up 48 hours for your order to be processed. We endeavor to dispatch your order on the same day if it is received prior to 10am and your product is in stock at our stores. 
  • We use Australia Post for shipping items under 10kg that fit within Australia Post dimension guidelines. You will receive an email advising of your tracking details. Most orders are delivered throughout Australia within 2-5 business days for standard shipping. Larger items will be shipped through the most economical carrier available at the time of shipping, you will be notified throughout this process.
  • Shipping address - Our preference is for your order to be shipped direct to your street address, however a PO Box can also be used providing the items are not classified as Heavy or Bulky Goods – for example basketball systems, gyms, trampolines and alike. Please note there will be only 1 attempt to deliver at the nominated address. Authority to Leave the parcel is assumed, unless you wish to state otherwise as you place your order. If you are not present to accept your delivery at the nominated address, either the parcel will be left at a secure place within your premises, or a card will be left for you to contact the courier to organize a pick up from their depot or a local Australia Post Office.
